How do I schedule dog walking services?

Scheduling is simple and seamless. Clients may book directly through our Time To Pet platform or contact us for personalized assistance. Please note that our onboarding process must be completed prior to your first service by clicking the “Book Now” button below.

What is included in each visit?

Each walk includes GPS tracking, a fresh water refill, a detailed report card, time-stamped check-in/check-out, and thoughtfully captured photos of your dog.

Are walks conducted individually or in groups?

We exclusively provide private, one-on-one walks to ensure the highest level of safety, attention, and customized care. Dogs from the same household can be walked together or separately.

Will my dog have the same walker each time?

Consistency remains at the core of our service. While visits may be shared among our trained specialists based on scheduling needs, each team member is carefully prepared and aligned with your dog’s routine—ensuring a seamless and consistently elevated standard of care.

How do you handle inclement weather?

Your dog’s safety and comfort are our priority. In cases of extreme weather, we may modify the length of the walk and incorporate indoor enrichment and care as appropriate.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend scheduling at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

How is home access managed?

Your home’s security is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism. We utilize secure, trusted systems for entry, and all access details are kept strictly confidential to ensure your complete peace of mind.
