New Client Setup Checklist

Step 1: Create Your Client Account

Create your account in our Time To Pet client portal and complete your New Client Profile.

Please include:

  • Signed service agreements
  • Your contact information
  • Your pet’s information & vaccinations
  • A card on file for billing

We require either two  keys or one key with keyless entry prepared prior to your consultation before we provide your  first service.

Step 2: Complete the Registration Packet

Download and fill out our Registration Packet / Contract.

Please email the completed packet to sailorspetcare@gmail.com or have it ready when we arrive for your consultation.

Step 3: Upload Vaccination Records

For the safety of all pets in our care, we require current vaccination records.

Upload vaccination records in the Time To Pet portal by going to:

My Pets → Vaccinations

Vaccinations must be submitted and approved before your consultation.

Step 4: Schedule Your New Client Consultation

Once the above steps are complete, you can schedule your New Client Consultation directly in the Time To Pet portal. The New Client Consultation is a $20 fee and allows us to meet you and your pets, review their routine and care instructions, learn where their items are, test keys (if needed), answer any questions, and ensure we are a great fit for your pet care needs before services begin.

Mobile Scheduling → Select Consultation → Choose a date and time
